Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Business OS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Business OS is a subscription software platform that helps businesses manage sales, finance, inventory, customers, marketing, human resources, and operations, and provides an AI assistant that can answer questions and take actions within your account on your instruction.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to it secure. One account may belong to multiple team members, subject to your plan's seat limit.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as merchant of record. Your subscription includes a monthly allowance of team seats and AI credits as described on our Pricing page; these limits are enforced automatically and reset each billing period. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account's billing settings; changes take effect as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. We use that data only to provide the Service to you, including to power the AI assistant's answers about your own business. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, used, and protected.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate insights, drafts, and responses. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service -- including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have significantly overdue payments.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Business OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
