Refund Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
We want you to be satisfied with AI Business OS. This policy explains when refunds are available for our monthly subscriptions.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're on your first paid subscription and request a refund within 14 days of your initial charge, we'll refund it in full. Contact us at gabyhaddad_22@outlook.com to request one.
2. Recurring monthly charges
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Outside of the 14-day window above, monthly charges are non-refundable, including for partial months -- you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
3. Downgrades
If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period -- you keep your current plan's features until then, and no partial refund is issued for the difference.
4. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact us and we'll investigate and issue a refund if the charge was incorrect.
5. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
